Awsome day for the kids. Lovley and nice little cafe. If you are looking for a great and you are in Cornwall, Ferdi's Indoor is great place to take young children. Great areas for to play. Nice seating for the adults. The here ensure the 2 and under zone stays that way so they don't get knocked over by the bigger kids. They offer a variety of food and drinks and the toilets were kept clean and presentable on the day of our visit. Very nice place, not too busy and exactly what is says it will be. We will visit again. Thank you. Grumpy reception staff. First kid, first day at ever and they didn’t say anything about socks (how am I supposed to know if not mentioned?) were allowed in. Second there and child had no socks suddenly it was a huge issue. Make your mind up? Follow your own rules all the time? Today I actually overheard a member of talking behind my back as I left. Regardless of rudeness, the place looks dirtier every we visit, sad as it’s local and our child has a good when there. Our children had a wonderful playing here last week. were friendly and welcoming. We love the lay out as have a 18month old and nearly 4 Yr old. We go to lots of plays and love how they mixed the and the little villages for Immaginative play! All round fab experience. Thanks ❤️ Grandkids love it here ❤️, shame there don't do a weekly pass 😒 Location, easy to find with loads of parking if not a little sad to see the old flambards closed . Cost £17 for 1 adult 2 (with one under 4 ). Fair price. No session limit. Staff. Seamed friendly enough all stayed in the foyer and food counter, didn't see any in the main hall. Which ment a lot of the tables were with old food and cans on for long periods of time. Cost of the food, £8.20p for a jacket spuds with tuna mayo and salad i feel is expensive and an all day brunch at £9.40 was crazy. Anything of the menu was £6.20. The most expensive thing is a 12inch pizza at £11.90 ( ouch ) The paly, it was very warm inside and it was big enough with a separate toddlers area. Plenty of seating but due to the tables being dirty lots of people just didn't sit down or they cleared the tables themselves to a different table. The noise of the air compressor was very loud and would make some of the tables vibrate. The intercom system from the front desk into the main hall was very distorted and you couldn't tell what was being said so no-one listen to any instructions or information given over it. Over all. It is what it is, just like a lot of other plays, nothing stands out about it, it just a general for when the weather isn't good. Always welcomed there with smile. Great premises, fab protected for under 4. Multiple attractions, and role areas. I’ve been here twice now, a busy day at the weekend and a quiet weekday with my toddler. Really surprised to see negative reviews… I’ve been to 4 other plays in Cornwall and this is the best. Very clean - equipment and toilets. The are all really friendly. All the areas are good quality and offers a lot of variety. The food is cheap (under £10). There is clear signage saying not to bring food in areas so I imagine the complaints about cleanliness should be referring to other parents rather than the venue. Very unhygienic. Food everywhere in the area. Children's personal clothes and toys laying around in the play. Unsure when any of the equipment was last actually cleaned. There were 3/4 year olds in the 2 and below only section with no monitoring from the staff. Some of the dress up sections were empty as things being moved and not put back. not monitoring the to keep things somewhat tidy so children can actually enjoy playing. Seating around the edge of the toddler made it feel very uncomfortable, as it felt you were being watched by strangers. We lasted 30 minutes and left! What a great place. Clean and regularly cleaned for a play. are very polite and professional and they have big smiles and seems to enjoy there jobs also very good with kids. We had some food and I was pleasantly surprised, great value it was proper eggs proper ham and proper beans. As a father I can't say it's my favourite thing to go to players but this place is a breath of fresh air. Your doing a great job keep it up Very disappointed, Very poorly run, the is going down hill very fast since being taken over, closed earlier than stated on social media, but didnt tell us on arrival at gone 14:00pm so was only in less than an hour before they announced theyre closing at 15:00pm, No management on site to speak to, so feeling ripped off... Would not recommend... My 2 year old daughter absolutely loved it here. I saw this online and decided to give it a go, a wonderful experience that's easy on the wallet too! Will definitely be coming here again!
