Stunning sanctuary of peace, yes, it is a little difficult access by car and yes, it has a small but the rewards are magical. We rode there on bikes, now that was difficult. Glad we did too. Worth a visit just to rest and ponder while the waterfall sounds rinse anxiety away. Sat watching Dragonflies dart around the pond for ages. And a big thanks to those that maintain the place. Excellent! Beautiful and peaceful place , not too far from good and easy car park in city center. Lovely ! Lovely little Gem just outside st Austell, little pocket of green and calm. Perfect to stop off for picnics, leg stretching or walking the dogs. Slope to enter is a bit steep, so just go steady Beautiful spot. Not the easiest entrance from and a very difficult exit on to the main road but worth the effort. Lovely, well maintained paths and some tables. Nice quiet little place with plenty of interest both historical and botanical. Well worth a visit if in the area, but watch yourself driving in and out from the road. Very small car park on site. Absolutely stunning hidden gem!! Been meaning to make it here for a while and so glad we did on this trip. Peaceful gardens with gorgeous waterfall! Lovely hideaway. Pretty little river and lovely plants and foliage. benches. Worth a visit if you are passing by or in the area. Great spot for a as there are lots of tables and benches available. Only 2-3 spaces available but when we visited only one other person with a car was there. Quiet and tranquil. Worth a visit and I would definitely go back just to soak in some peaceful scenery. Maybe with a next time. Nice little walk, with free parking, great little for a or for kids and dogs to have a run around. The slop as you drive in is quite steep and not that much enough for two/three cars. Lovely little (tiny!) place for a very picturesque stop or to cool off on a hot day. The turning off is very tight so prepare for it, and there is only for about 4 cars. A holy spot on the Michael Mary leylines. Peaceful area, tire swing over river... Sacred stone well, where we leave our offerings )) .. large pond full of water lilies and dragonflies surrounded by mature rhododendron trees and other beautiful plants and flowers... and a magical waterfall at the end of a miniature rambing brook... It's heaven.. on earth 🕊️ A lovely peaceful garden, with ancient well, Druids Seat and water cascade. Especially beautiful in Rhododendron season. There is a small area, or park at Priory carpark and walk 10mins. No entry fee. Accessible garden with pathways.
