What a wonderfull museum. We recieved some extra information, had a nice contact with the lady at the entrance (thanks for finding my lost cap). We're Belgians, so anything to do with is yummy. And their was. Yummy. Go visit and taste. I only took some pictures that show little of the but trust me, it's stuffed with giant big brass machines, loads of memorabilia and related stuff from the last millenia 'till yesterday. Nice little to see how brewing was started years ago with lots of old machines A lot of interesting things to see and learn about brewing; ingredients, methods, tools and machinery, bottles, and both technical as well as cultural history. Unfortunately most detailed information as well as all data presented digitally is made available in French only. The main panels on the wall also include short summaries in English and German as well, but the lack of detail is really a pity! The is strongly advised to provide full translations as hand-out to improve the overall experience of foreign guests. The location and building are anyhow worth a visit, as is the small in-house brasserie that offers a broad selection of beers (also to take home, with in many cases their specific glasses as well). Nevertheless you should try their own locally brewed superb beer! It gives you a lot of information about the historie of bear. Not everything is in English. A few thinks were broken (screens and Electric machines). They have a restaurant at the end. I asked for a lunch. They said that there was no place 🙁 strange because I was the online guest in the museum.. An excellent giving a comprehensive history of production. A wonderful display of machines, bottles etc. If you enjoy it is well worth a visit. There is also a bar selling many fine beers etc. Extremely thoughtful and informative displays with information in French and English. Excellent overview of the history of brewing, and the shop/cafe at the end has a wide selection of beers. Great museum. It's located in a beautiful old building and you really get to learn a lot about the history of and how its made. It also has a bar at the end of the to taste some beers yourself It was quite interesting and we found all the advertising memorabilia good. But it was a shame that not all of the explanation was in different languages only in French. We had the idea that we missed out and didn't know what all the exibits were. Also afterwards we thought we would be able to taste different beers for a price but we were only able to buy different which we felt was quite expensive.
