Worn out place but is clean and safe, better for childern from 3-5 years or smaller. Kids loved it. 1h was totally enough. Great place for kids! This place was advertised in a tourist booklet in English and looked really good on the advert. Our toddler loves play areas like this. So we decided to take him there after checking the opening on Google maps. Unfortunately, the mobile is in Estonian only, so it was impossible for us to find any useful information there as we don’t speak Estonian. When we arrived and asked whether our son can play the answer from the staff was an abrupt ‘No’ without any further explanation. When I asked ‘why’ I was told that it’s a private and the place is fully booked by somebody. I asked if that’s for the whole day and was told that the will finish in about an hour. We sat down on the bench to decide what we will do next. Five minutes later, however, we were approached by staff again and in a rude fashion told to ‘please leave’ because it’s a private event. I then questioned why the is information was not available on the or Google. I would have never driven there if I knew that we won’t be able to use the place. It is not easy to explain to a toddler why he can’t use the cars when he sees other children playing with them. Needless to say, he was devastated. I would never subject him to this had I known that the place was closed. The staff then proceeded to show me a pdf file with opening times, in Estonian, that allegedly is available on their Estonian only and informs the customers about special over the weekend when the place is open for parties only. I have also attached the photo of the front door with opening that has no mention of the special ‘party times’. A couple of thoughts for the management here: - why advertise in an English edition of ‘Parnu this week’ when the is for Estonians only? - it would be a good idea to train staff in customer service so they are able to remain human and explain to people like us what’s going on and be at least a little be empathetic about the situation - perhaps make the opening more obvious on the and Google so you don’t mislead people The experience was extremely upsetting both for us and our son, we will not be coming back regardless of how good this facility looks on the advert. So make sure you learn Estonian before you go there otherwise you may be greatly disappointed by the ‘welcome’. Väga vahva koht kuhu lastega minna. Palju toimetamist ja mõnus kööginurk. Väga tore sünnipäeva pidu oli. Väga tore ja mõnus koht lastega aega veeta, mingit probleemi polnud lasteaialastega 3-5 a. perepäeva seal pidada. The place is just super! Lots of entertainment, the opening hours can be checked on the website. Convenient location. Lots of play areas, attractions and a large selection of vehicles. Very good place. Excellent playroom. Clean, cozy, well-kept. Lots of interesting things. You can ride cars, play games, draw, slide down slides, swim in balls, have fun. The child really liked it. We will definitely come again. Many toys and opportunities to climb and a small Baby-Corner. Went there 2 in a day, both there was private and no other kids allowed. Werry disappointing. Staff told us that first ends 18:00 and then it will be available, when we come back there was already second started and there wore only 15 min between them where all kids could take a drive. Väga vahva koht 🙂 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
