Very food, tasty and beautiful. Love the location, close to the beach with a very open locale. The only downside is that their selection of beers is a bit small, but I can live with that It's ok hotel. Shower didn't have water pressure so that is huge minus. Also customer service is not the friendliest. Nice and peaceful place. Clear room with a large TV. Free WiFi, safe parking. If you’re looking to throw your money straight into the trash while wondering where your dignity went, look no further than Aisa 39. First, let’s talk about the “luxury” amenities: fancy washing your hands after using the bathroom? Well, too bad — there’s no soap. Hygiene is clearly overrated here. Next, the free parking they proudly advertise. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t exist. Once you’ve booked, they kindly inform you that you’ll actually be parking on the street like everyone else. And the pillows? Imagine sleeping on a bag of lumpy old socks — same vibe, but less comfortable. The insides are clumped up into sad little balls of regret, perfectly matching the mood of anyone gullible enough to stay here. Oh, and if you’re visiting in summer — luck sweating through the night, because air conditioning apparently didn’t make the cut either. You’ll get to marinate in your own misery while listening to your neighbors through the paper-thin walls. So if you’re feeling adventurous and enjoy being disappointed in new and creative ways, Aisa 39 is waiting to underwhelm you. Enjoy! Very poor service. My balcony´s and lock were broken. Because it was already November the room became very cold quickly. Finally the "maintenance" man came and he told that I had broken it! The man was owner´s husband (and he had no real skills to repair the and lock (ground floor) ). He also blamed that all Nordic people complain just for small things. I told him that the must work well, I am not interested in other opinions. I called owner and made a complain to her. She did not want to hear negative feed back and hang up the telephone. Her husband complained that he had to drive a long way just for one broken balcony door. I told him that is no my problem. The owner told me that can fixed on Monday!!! No chance for new room, racist, Soviet Era service/attitude which means that the client is always wrong. The husband of the owner was really rude, vulgar and he had NOT decent manners at all. Due to broken lock & balcony I was in trouble. I had to place a heavy chair behind the for safety reasons. I did try call later to the Lady owner but she didn´t want to listen me. Finally, without any reason, she hang up the mobile. They never answered to my email. Very poor service, and the man was really rude and had bad manners. Very clean and modern place in location with affordable price. You can stay here with dog for extra 10 euros. Ladies who work for them are really nice and they now English very well. I will be back there if I come again to Pärnu :) Place is decent, but walls are very thin so you hear most of noise from neighbours. In the bathroom water drain is bad and after showering all floor is filled with water. There was no tableware. Only two glasses. Price and accommodation is for 1-2 nights stay. Smell is very bad and the toilet is very bad smelling, but everything else is ok. First, to open the I had to pull it and then push it open, yes its the opens with a code, but not start for me. Second, you can feel the bed springs pushing into you, and I sleep on my stomach. Maybe I was unlucky with my room, but not a stay for me.
