Very impressive and worth the €27 family ticket. Interesting and well set out museum that explains everything about the production of Comte from the cows in the fields to the plate. At the end of the tour, we enjoyed a of 6 month and 15 month matured with a knowledgeable member of staff explaining things and answering all our questions. Would recommend.
