Il aurait fallu peu pour combler mon attente, comme un zeste confit, le même que celui servi avec la mousseline de lentilles, par exemple. The building is common to the area and is not much of an eye catcher. The table though is purely phenomenal and the personnel is very attentive, deferent, smiling, and polite. We were offered a surprising “amuse bouche” while waiting for our main dish that was really amusing: an aubergine cream in orange seed oil (!) was beautiful. the three of us aimed for the fish, well presented, as all the plates coming out of the kitchen with that kind of modern decoration that you find only in top of the range restaurant. The best Viré-Clessé wine pushed nicely the meal down. we were offered some “Mignardises” before desert and coffee, that was a final nice touch. A gem. Lovely restaurant enjoyed the food and company despite a funeral.... W minioną niedzielę mieliśmy przyjemność odwiedzić tę restaurację całą rodziną i było to prawdziwe kulinarne doświadczenie. Nous avons opté pour le menu découverte entrée + plat (foie gras, escargots et cromesquis en entrée et entrecôte, tendre de tranche, aile de raie et caille en plat), avant de terminer par une assiette de fromage et un fromage blanc avec son coulis de mûres.
