She was absolutely wonderful. She was so knowledgeable about the products she was using on my skin. She spoke very good English which is helpful because I'm from America. The spa was beautiful. I was not a guest at the hotel (it's a super beautiful hotel) and they still welcomed me and created a wonderful experience for me. They use all natural products at this spa and I highly recommend it! They have a wonderful waiting room. Had 2 massages here. Both great but Magali’s was one of the best Ive had. It was kind of a sensory experience, well timed, great pressure, one would think she has been doing this for a long time. The sauna was not very hot but still cool to get access to sauna and outdoor pool (mildly heated) after the massage. A friend did a with a girl that was clearly sick, confirming the other review, that the hotel really needs to give girls time off when sick, or at least have them use masks. That part is not very professional, especially not at 115 euros for a massage. Still my own experience was 5 stars. Ghjulia & Oceane took amazing care of us, the spa was a perfect respite after a long day of skiing! The amenities were great and the was perfect. Easily falls in my top 3 experiences of all time - a mental and physical experience that I won’t forget. Maeva was my therapist, and had just the right touch. She tailored the to what I needed, easily adjusting as we went. The only downside is that it had to end. I’ll be back though! Absolutely recommend Feel good spa at Folie Douce hotel. Not only for great ambiance and views, but for the professional specialists: I did a with Julia this time and it was awesome, I really had a rest! I had a very relaxing 'feel good' with Julia. Didn't want to leave! Best swimming pool that I experienced in winters. Temperature of the pool could have been little higher, but no complaints. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The girls at the Spa are so nice and helpful. I had a appointment with Magalie for a facial. It was absolutely amazing! The facial also included a great massage. Highly recommended!
