We have been during covid restrictions. So you pre book then arrive at the time slot. is very clean. Changing areas are brilliant. Lockers lock using band provides with admission so no extra charges. Leave shoes as you enter the changing area. The best in Stavanger Sentrum. Don't just walk by it. Take advantage and enjoy a very peaceful swimm. Most times when visited is empty. Looks more like a gobernments office or bank than a hall from outside. 🤣 Just had the privilege of enjoying an event and loved it. Great and facilities. I just wish that the large was a little shallower at one end and that the water was a little warmer! There is a great smaller for children with warm water. Changing rooms are well maintained and clean. It would be helpful if the cafe was open at the weekend. Looks great after renovation, both historic and modern in a way. However as with all activity in Norway usually always way too busy, could have built it twice as big. Could also be more inviting entrance and outer facilities. Very neat and nicely maintained pool.. we can shop accessories in the reception. Even the locker and changing rooms are clean. There was a sauna too. The water was warm and good. I basically don’t know . I went there to experience the feel of and I was not afraid. a fine pool, slightly inconvenient parking options, some visitors should improve their manners and hygiene :) Very nice, not so busy, plus for saunas and braclet locker system. Only flaw, the gym doesn't have mirrors. :) One of the few places left where you're required to wear a swim-cap. For adults there is a singular with 3 lanes for and one "free" lane with a divingboard. Facilities are okay. I had a very disappointing experience at the hall’s reception this morning (August 29, 2025). The lady (who is the guard) spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner in front of my child, which I found completely unacceptable. If she is not happy with her job, she should consider a different role rather than treating guests poorly. Хорошее место для спорта и отдыха. The people who worked there were very unpolite and mad that we were swimmimg on the wrong side of the pool. Didn't even say anything just started yelling like we did soemthing terrible. When asked responded angry and said you should better leave this place. And that is what we did. Eould never go back there again.
