This establishment is not to be missed. The food was well done and not your typical fare. The ingenuity from the kitchen was much appreciated. The rooms were cozy and well appointed. They have a new infinity pool, nice hot tub and a bunch on newly renovated rooms. The gym was a dated and needed to have the treadmills, bikes and other motorized items repairs or replaced. The sauna was new and very nice. We really enjoyed the stay and will be back. Our was very tiny (for 180 euro), clean and the outlets fell from the wall. Not refrigerator in the room. Service is mediocre as your are not very welcomed when arriving. itself is a labyrinth due to the way it is build. The pool and are very nice. Lunch was good with nice pasta, we did not eat dinner. Prices are not cheap but that's in the whole area the case. A server helped us in getting a breakfast box as we needed to leave early although it was clear this was not a usual thing to do. We had a multi course dinner and all meals tasted excellent - large and tasty entrecote and Italian dishes. Excellent panorama on Trentapassi, Monte Isola, lake and other mountains from the room. Great service. Family-run 3 star which gives a 'budget' boutique experience. Spa facilities with on the nearby Iseo lake, are included in the price (at least for us), a decent, yet minimal breakfast was included as well. The was small, but clean and with all amenities you would expect for a 3 star hotel. included boiler, cups coffee and tea free of charge, as well as two water bottles free of charge as well. Dog-friendly, no extra charge for us. The provides traditional italian cuisine, but are keen to accommodate for special dietary restrictions e.g. vegetarian or vegan, and do so excellently at an affordable price. Nice from the restaurant. Bikes are available to borrow from the hotel. Nearby hikes and walks possible. At 165 euro for a night it is not cheap, but in line with prices in the surroundings. Definitely recommended. Stayed here several nights: you’re basically paying for the Location / stunning. Cleanliness - very good. A couple of helpful staff but generally the others were not friendly and at times pretty rude with most unable to speak ANY English - or unwilling to. Parking - just handful of spaces at best with very limited turning area. A few times had no choice but to park in a lay-by 5 mins up the road which is tiny and lucky to get a place too - also it’s def not secure and has no pavement to walk along back to the which is not safe at all. Restaurant food was just ok. Not exceptional as expected and advertised - steak tasted burned not seared. Private Hot tub is great but privacy issues and is just not acceptable - soft semi-sheer windbreak type panels to separate from the frequently used public spa and jacuzzi area - the dividers are 5.5ft so most can see over - with noise lots of people in and out all day and evening and uncomfortable at times with staring! Further privacy issue in the hot tub with top dining balcony where people can access to look directly over when on the balcony and hot tub - which lots of people did. There is a fold out screen on the wall available but it definitely doesn’t stop this fully. This area is also is looked over by a stairwell. Additionally the public hot tub - right next to the has a loud & constant drone of the pump which remains on all day and night with boost noises every so often which woke us up at times. The WiFi is very slow and intermittent. The Bed and pillows were unbelievable hard - so very uncomfortable. Breakfast - Pretty basic and bit bland. consisted of dry (probably shop bought) croissants and some cakes. Handful of cereals, a few meat and cheeses. Cold boiled eggs - one had a green yolk when opened which put us off entirely. Lack of choice in juice - literally carton of temperature orange only that ran out quickly and wasn’t replaced. No hot items available at all or the option to do it yourself i.e. no toaster. Sorry but this is relying & charges for its views/location only. Could do much better. We spent the last day of our summer holidays in the Alps in this gorgeous hidden gem located in a secluded area of the Iseo Lake. Wonderful infinity pool, unbeatable service and delicious food.
