Even the rabbit souse, with which they prepared the ragù for the first course, was cooked with locally produced animals. We ate an amazing Pasta Mafalda with meat souse and dry tomatoes. The service is friendly and the atmosphere very cozy. It is worth the bread was outstanding. Dessert is great The pastry chef's apple pie was delicate, original, sweet and surprisingly good. Starting from the spacious garden where we had our dinner, the attention to detail from the personnel was exceptional. Each plate of the 6-course menu, made with fresh and local products, was beautifully presented and paired with bottles of rosé wine. The presentation of the food was meticulous, and the even offered some appetizers and sweets. We went on a quiet tuesday afternoon, and we especially loved the antipasti. The flavour combinations are simple and true to the region, but complex at the same time.
