Toilets with changing rooms, showers super clean. Loved this venue and used to be a regular till a year ago, but it's now an excellent example of what bad management can do to a place. They opened late today, started only half of the slides and kept them running for only an hour and a half. Then at 4.30 pm the staff started literally clearing sunbeds and tables with people still using them because they had a wedding planned after. You pay for the entrance, kids above 3, sunbeds, slides ... When I asked the lady at the register about the working hours of the slides and the place she just arrogantly noted "It's what we want it to be for the day" I honestly suggest skipping it and visiting the aqua park in Hotel Izgrev in Struga. The location is nice and relaxing, but unfortunately, the food is terrible regardless of what you order. It’s the worst quality I've ever experienced. Additionally, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in providing good service, were slow to respond to requests, and were dismissive when approached with concerns. Overall, the poor service and bad food significantly detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. Toilets and changing rooms should regularly cleaned. The music is too loud, like extremely loud. You cannot relax because the bass is also too loud, the water is fine, but i disliked that they shut off the water slides too fast, and some of the foods are too expensive, personally i would give this place 3 stars, but some staff are too arrogant and mean, thats why i would give this place 2 stars. Very disappointing. We payed entrance with sunbeds, but we hardly could find any sunbeds in good condition. The sunbeds which were not busy were damaged and dirty. Water in the swimming was not clean. It's not a big pleasure to swim when someone's hair stick between your fingers. Toilets and changing rooms are also dirty. Personell is either rude or lazy. Overall the prices are too high and the score in Google is overrated. I am not recommending this place at all. Very unsafe the 40% of the plastic was broken around the no lifeguards in sight. They sed the water slide is working to 16.00 they turned it off 30 min before that. The umbrella that you pay for is broken in evry possible way. The food is terrible we got 4 burgers there was no toping on it just breed and the bread was very hard and old. When we asked for our money back they agreed that the food is bad and sed that that have softer bread. And the personal wore very rude about it. The tiles wore famine of in the pool. I seriously can not sey one good thing about this pool. So expensive and so bad. You are paying 300 denars enternance and there is no toilet paper 😒 the music is too loud. Two times the clients went to complain, and they at the moment made it low and again extra loud. Crazy owners.
