Kinderbauernhof Marienhof is a well taken care off farm. There are plenty of animals that kids can feed, and even ponies to ride. There are also several playgrounds and areas to play, in a safe environment. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. And the food is OK. The breakfast is quite complete (Musli, bread, butter, Marmelade, yogurt, eggs...). Dinner is usually the typical German Abendbrot (bread and cold cheese and ham). The only problem is lunch. There is a small kiosk where you can buy a few things (hamburger, hotdog and corn on the cob). The personnel is very friendly and relaxed :-) All in all, a great experience. We can recommend it. Overall ok. It’s fairly small. It’s possible to feed and touch some of the animals. The prices are fair and not over the top. This is a nice place if you have children, you can spend some hours here - or celebrate a child birthday Smaller than expected, but affordable and staff is friendly. Recommended for toddlers but our 4-year-old was bored quite quickly. Pony riding is only a couple of minutes, not a longer path. We'll likely come back with our youngest when he's 1-2 years old. The right place to take the kids for a short trip Top... Stayed there for the weekend with a 5yr old and a 3yr old. Rooms were nice, staff friendly, food was good and the kids absolutely loved riding the horses feeding the goats and the playground.
