Beautiful area. A very good holiday location. Not as nice as we hoped. More light pollution than we expected due to a set of nearby lanterns. Still very nice though. It really depends on what you are looking for. This in NOT a park. It is a nature preserve that is an entire area filled with villages, farms, woods, lakes etc. There is no entrance and no center. There are information stalls in various places but not always easy to find. Frankly I am not sure what to make of it. If you go, come by car. Alternately take a train to Rathenow and then bike around. The distances are too great for walking unless you are a serious hiker. It's very beautiful and would take many days to explore thoroughly. Schöne Wanderwege. Zu empfehlen! If you wanna relax than i will recommend this place. So beautiful Fun to see what buildings and homes looked like in the 15th and 16th centuries. Not the best place for a cruiser lol but great place for bird watching. Beautiful Nature Reserve. Birds, Insects and friendly people. We had a wonderful holiday. The fishing was fun. Beware of the mosquitoes It is an amazing place. Far from the city where you can see clear sky and milky way. Many stars and planets were clearly visible. Unfortunately, we also didn't have any proper place to sit and park the car, but overall experience was really good. the night sky looks very nice, these google images makes me feel like i was there Very beautiful landscape. Best breakfast in Tegel Auch für Leute, die an Höhenangst leiden, ist dieser Pfad in den Bäumen, denke ich, machbar. Und wer die 200 Stufen nicht steigen möchte, nimmt einfach den Lift um auf die oberste Plattform zu kommen. Der Ausblick lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
