Hot water issue since July (a boiler 1 of 2 not functioning) but it's now September and still issue. Luke warm at best. It's a good place for a 1 night stay, but it's very noisy being so close to the main road and kids with loud motorcycles running up and down. It did its job and made me rest, but I would not have stayed longer... Tight for anything over 8m to get into bays, but decent pitch size and clean and tidy.
