I’m learning Italian and I was ordering in semi-fluent one. They replied in english and then all the stuff was making fun of us in italian (which we understood 😉). Also there was a giant cockroach in bathroom which was not a suprise as it was all messy. Great location but not reccomended. Pirlo is 6€ + 2€ coperto. Delicious, unique cocktails. Kind staff and lovely atmosphere. Food was great too. Great aperitivo! Tourist trap. The location is great on the square, the service is good, but the Aperol Spritz is the worst I've had in Italy. Made with only Aperol and white wine, no prosecco. It is a lovely place for aperitif. The young curly hair waiter was very good, informative, welcoming and kind. We were here on two occasions. Once was only for aperitif and a second time for aperitif and dinner and drinks. We were quite disappointed when we ordered 3 burgers, requested ketchup and mayo for our fries and got told we had to pay 1.60€ for it. I understand it is not much, but come on your customers are ordering food at least don’t be so stingy to make them pay for sauces that barely cost you 10 cents, it’s seems a bit shameful especially in a square in Italy! We stopped here as part of a mini family bar hop on the last night of our family holiday. The cocktail menu really is something else and very inventive. At Aperitivo time you also get included probably the best free nibbles platter of any bar we have visited in Italy. Place is busy, so staff are stretched, but sit in this cool spot (nice breeze and evening shade) and enjoy some fab cocktails. place for aperitif right on the main square , lovely , lots of people , relaxing and fun. No herbs, spices, salt/pepper, just a really bland thick crust pizza. Came out really quick, think the base was premade and topping put on before a quick warm up. Disappointed. The food is absolutely incredible! Just the aperitivo alone could have satisfied us, but then we remembered we’d ordered the mouthwatering Pizza Vittoria! And those drinks? Attitude of 50% of the servers bad, the food quality not up to standards of other places, you're pretty much forced to buy the snacks and yeah, not worth it. I'd say very touristic trap. You can definitely find better places in Brescia for less. Came for a cocktail with another person, impressed at the prices being very reasonable and the drinks and food being exceptional, all made with great care and handed to us by very kind crew members. Will definitely visit again when coming back to Brescia and recommending it to others!
