I stayed with my daughter at Casa Martini for 2 nights. Perfect position, we found it so easy to locate. Very close to the water buses, close from the airport boat drop off. Hotel family were extremely welcoming and so helpful. Our twin room was very clean with a large bathroom. We had the continental breakfast which was perfect for both of us. We took a taxi from Torino centre and it ended up quite expensive. The martini was great with a quick around the manufacturing plant. Very history. The Martini and Rossi Museum and Production are located half an hour from Turin. We travelled by train, that's why we got a discount on the entrance ticket. We bought the tickets online in advance, because we wanted not only to see the museum and production, but also to take part in the tasting. I really enjoyed the opportunity to see and smell all the herbal ingredients that make up Martini. It was very to see the design of the bottles, labels and glasses for this drink. It was exciting to visit the legendary production, learn a lot of things and then try several drinks in a friendly atmosphere. Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal in der Casa Martini und hatten diesmal die **Cocktail Experience** gebucht – leider eine völlige Enttäuschung. - **Unsaubere Toiletten**: Sowohl die Damen- als auch die Herrentoiletten waren sichtbar dreckig und offensichtlich seit längerem nicht gereinigt. - **Keine Wertschätzung für Geburtstage**: Mein Vater hatte Geburtstag, was bei der Buchung auch angegeben wurde – aber keine Erwähnung, keine Geste, nichts. - **Fehlende Basics**: Nicht einmal Servietten wurden bereitgestellt. - **Enttäuschende Apéroplatte**: Extra dazu bestellt, aber absolut lieblos und nicht empfehlenswert. - **Stress pur bei den Cocktails**: Man muss die Cocktails in kürzester Zeit runtertrinken, da die Zeit viel zu knapp berechnet ist – keine entspannte Atmosphäre. - **Keine Stimmung**: Die Tür zum Cocktailbereich wurde ohne Musik und völlig emotionslos geöffnet – es fühlte sich an wie Massenabfertigung. - **Unfreundliches Personal im Shop**: Die Mitarbeiter schienen nur darauf zu warten, endlich nach Hause zu gehen. Noch bevor wir draußen waren, hatten sie bereits ihre Rucksäcke umgehängt. Für ein Haus wie Martini ist das wirklich ein **Armutszeugnis**!
