Signs seemed to disappear, eventually realising it was on a junction/bend with a tiny sign at the end of a drive. It isn't clear whether you can park here or not, we weren't the only ones, another French couple were equally concerned. We did, they did, nobody asked us to move. So 1994 saw the renovations securing the Abbey. It's worth a visit most definitely if in the area. Plaques explaining who St Benetict was, his beliefs and his legacy are in English as well as French.
