It arrived swimming in oil and was clearly made from poor quality beef which was extremely tough. Not wanting to cause a fuss I persisted with eating a small amount. On leaving I discussed this with a tall thin man (waiter/manager). I asked him to take my Goulash off the bill as it was very bad and I had only eaten a small amount. This man was very unsympathetic and wasn’t prepared to negotiate saying that I’d eaten some of the meal so now I must pay for it. He made no attempt to apologise for the poor quality/inferior food.
