Payment is done through the Osona App. We had problems loading our card so could not pay, but restarted my phone and card appeared in app so payed our fee. While in the old town which we thourghly enjoyed walking around stopped at Tourist Office for code to open toilet and showers. Didnt use showers as only cold. Issue with toilets is women and men are not seperated. Grey dump and toilet dump. Noticed no one using electricity, maybe because it is overpriced. The bonus is that it is a very quiet space when sports finish at the nearby fields, and we also watched one of the hot air baloons take off. Nice aire. Some confusion over payment but if you cannot get the app do not worry. We spoke with the police who said not to worry if it doesn't work on your phone. Shame because we would have liked to pay. Nice that the town lays on this facility and very cheap to pay for via the App. However parking spots very muddy and quite a lot of odd people hanging round when we visited both in the day and at night when they were noisy at time. No trouble, but we did not feel that comfortable and moved on the following day. We liked Vic and enjoyed our brief over night stay. The old town centre is just twenty minutes walk away and offers shops, bars and restaurants in abundance. A really good Spanish city, very enjoyable and we will be delighted to return. Nice Quiet site with camper van facilities. Pay at meter for night stay. Free water available on left as you enter road into site. Great for dogs. We woke up Sunday morning to 7 Hot Air Balloons inflating what a marvelous way to start your day Convenient for walking into the old city centre to visit the cathedral and Roman Temple. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby too! What a fantastic facility, showers toilets sinks electric great to go and visit the town or get out on bikes We arrived late night-time Wednesday 11 October and couldn't download the app on our phones. We saw the next morning a link to pay on the Internet but this did not work properly either. We tried to call the tourist office a number of times the next morning (Thursday 12 October was a festivo but there were supposed to be some office hours) and left messages. We have tried calling since then also with no luck. It's a great area to park but we didn't get to use the facilities and issues with payment is a but frustrating. Generally quiet stay, no problem that you a caravan, unlike the French. Just beware of the very sharp concrete curb coming into it, or like us you my destroy the caravan tires! Some small issues with the youth of the town using the grounds as hang out. OTOH it was great to see the hot air balloons, and the Indians playing Cricket nearby. A very popular aire. I arrived at 14.00 and 2 spaces vacant. It was dry but maybe a problem in rain. Good space between vans. The barrier was open as the machine was out of order. Camping and electricity was free. But the toilets and showers were locked. Otherwise more stars. Waste facilities outside the barrier.
