Here is my story: I ordered one camera Sandy. I received it after two months. However, this camera had 2 problems. The first one we realized at the same day of receiving the product. So, we couldn't complete the assembly. They resolved it after two weeks. So we started to assemble the camera. Then, we realized the second problem, the rete was smaller than the bed (10cm smaller that we could not find out in the first look and we couldn't imagine this issue) and the bolts were missing (I tried to use my own bolts for controlling). We told them and after two weeks the customer service called me (he was pretty rude) and denied to change the rete. We were surprised about what they said! So, we went to the store and a nice lady opened the assistance again for us. But again after two weeks they denied to change the rete! Now, we have a bed that we cannot use, they suggested me to buy another one from them. I paid them completely and this is not acceptable in any way to receive something that is not what we ordered. Mondo convenienza says their price is less, but they have a very poor customer service and low quality. In our case, they asked us to buy another rete based on their mistake, so finally the price goes even upper. Terrible experience! Not recommended! Very friendly and patient staffs plus good range of options. They provide delivery and also montage for the items. The personal wasn't very nice. The girl who was assigned to answer our questions seemd rather bother that we did ask some question about the furniture. And she was shocked that we wanted to buy it now, not to receive it at home in one month from now. We had no idea that you dont get the on the spot. Why would i come to the store to buy it now, if the its available in one month? I would rather order it online and not bother myself to come to the store. When we asked her to see on the tablet more options/colours of that product, she would swipe it very fast, which was impossible to see, process and take a decision. We felt that she wanted to get rid of us fast. So she did. We felt like your store it wasn't at all welcoming. So, Ikea was more respectful for us and a much better option. I am really sorry we had to go through that experience! I never seen like this kind of service , for mondo convenienza only 1 word TERRIBLE. 2 times they postponed our appointment, and when they arrive, some parts are missing that is why they could not complete assembly, and customer service is another TERRIBLE, there is no solution and they are only blame their supplier.
