Es un sitio muy chulo pero nos llevamos una gran decepción con el bono de 10 entradas. Resulta que solo puedes usar tres máximo al día - en ningún sitio de la web específica eso, y además les escribí antes de ir por WhatsApp para preguntar y no me lo dijeron. Las familias numerosas que tenemos más de 3 hijos ¿qué hacemos? Me vi obligada a pagar entrada individual a 12.90€ por cada niño en lugar de poder aprovechar el bono que me habría salido a 8€ por niño. Iba con una familia de siete hijos y con otra de 4 hijos y en ninguno de los casos pudimos aprovechar el bono. El sitio es espectacular. Tiene de todo para hacer el tonto y pasártelo como un niño chico. Las monitoras super amables. Un sitio que sin duda voy a volver, pero en invierno, por eso las tres estrellas, hacia un calor horrible ya que el techo es de chapa y aquello es un horno, incluso con aires acondicionados, yo me maree un poco por el calor. La mejor manera que encontramos para combatir el calor es beber mucha agua y cuando tengas mucha calor ir al baño, echarte agua por encima, coger los secadores del baño, ponerlos con aire frio y darte por todo el cuerpo. Todo lo demás increíble, sin duda, repetiré. Es la primera vez que he ido a este sitio con mi hija…para el precio que cobran debería de estar en funcionamiento gran parte de las cosas, pero ha sido al revés, la mitad de las zonas cerradas (fuera de servicio indicaba) o estropeadas. También recalcar que si añadís unas cuantas de bolas más casi que mejor ya que hay zonas que caen al suelo directamente por no haber suficientes bolas. Experiencia decepcionante. Nos fuimos con mal sabor de boca, porque la chica que nos atendió, nos cobró 2 adultos y 1 niño de 4 años. Cuando se lo dije, me comentó que ya estaba cobrado y que no se podía devolver el dinero y en su política entra que un adulto puede acompañar la entrada de un menor de 5 años. Increíble que me diga que no se puede devolver el dinero una vez cobrado. Lástima la situación. I went on Monday with my 5 year old little boy with his 5 year old friend and his friends 11 year old brother. I looked at the reviews afterwards and I'm honestly shocked. The staff were so lovely especially the man controlling the entry who was fully of energy and playfull with the children and the two ladies in the kitchen -we had to re fill our water lots and each time they were so kind to us. the staff explained the rules clearly to the boys and defiantly was watching over the children well - I saw them interven on a few occasions with children being children and they did great in keeping a safe and fun environment. Of course as a responsible parent and carer with two 5 year old boys I paid for myself to go in with them - honestly I had a great time with the boys too! Even in the other trampoline places in granada I pay to go in to keep a eye on them as they are so young and usually I just sit a watch, but this time we didn't stop with such a good a variety of activities. - the boys voted it the best out of the 3 we have been to in granada, we will definitely be coming back! We are a little sad the zip rope was out of order as it looked good fun, but clearly safety is out first and it just means we will have to come back soon to try it out! Thank you so much!!
