We arrived in the afternoon and paid 90 leva for 2 hours which included free food and drinks. However food and drinks are just cheap stuff, we only took and fruit. The was especially - RUDE -. The lady at the entrance is a witch. She doesn't take cards and basically tells you to f4ck off if you don't have cash. When asked about the nearest ATM she repeated the same invitation to go f4ck off. I don't think I will ever come again... 90 levas for cheap food, and being mistreated, no thank you. You stolen My TIME - Price of my time is very high. Great place for kids. My son spent around 3 hours on the and he was very happy. The in the pools is cold however (visit the when it is hot and sunny) and if the kid is small/short you need to be always with him as two of the pools are 1.20m deep. But all were ok for my 4-year kid to use them alone. I was staying in the pool to help him to get out of it as it was deep for him. Restaurant très propre, personnel accueillant, prix raisonnable I would recommend a day trip here. The price has went up ALOT since a few years ago but that is because it is an all-inclusive aqua now. Before you just paid for a ticket to the with no food or drink. Children under 90cm are free. The and food starts at 12pm and stops at 6pm. The food was fine, they had a choice and plenty of it. The drinks were also good. The main pool bar has everything you need. Do look around the all the hotel because some parts do different food and drink. You can get lovely ice cream from the service area past the main reception at the hotel. We stocked up on plenty of before 6pm and you have to leave the at 7pm. It got very quiet after 6pm so you can have lots of extra goes on the with no queueing. Korzystaliśmy z niego mieszkając w hotelu Kotva ale można też wejsć po prostu. Do rur nie było szalonych kolejek, a baseny nie były zatłoczone. Dla samego wodnego szaleństwa warto tam się wybrać z dziećmi. Moja córka 10 lat bardzo zadowolona. Dla mlodszych dzieci też wodny plac zabaw, mniejsze zjeżdżalnie . Dużo basenów, chyba z 7 w tym dwa duże do popływania dla dorosłych. W bród leżaków, na basenach czysto. Nie zgadzam się że jest ślisko, wszędzie kamień. Jest ok. Zawsze się znalazło miejsce ( ostatni tydzień czerwca). Nie wiem też o co chodzi w złych komentarzach z jedzeniem. Myślę że to fanaberia...Jest naprawdę duży wybór jedzenia, bardzo dużo sałatek, warzyw. Fajnie że w barze oprócz fast food też są warzywa i owoce. Odejmuje jedną gwiazdkę za niewystarczająca ilość ratowników. Byli tylko przy dużych rurach. Na tych średnich dzieci zjeżdżały jak chciały i czasem naprawdę wyglądało to niebezpiecznie. Na każdym basenie ktoś powinien jednak czuwać. It's a nice place to spend a day with your kids. Not too many and they are pretty slow but fun for the up to ten years in my opinion. We visited with two 8-year olds and one 10-year old and they enjoyed the whole day. The price includes all inclusive food and drinks. The food is decent (mainly fast food type) and the drinks are ok too. The beer is good, the cocktails are a bit too strong. You can also get ice cream on the other side. There are a couple of washrooms available. Most of the pools are pretty shallow and safe for the so the adults can relax in the bars watching their little ones. However , we were disappointed that some of the bigger did not work. The are not super friendly but as long as they do their job it's OK. There is almost no wait for the slides, you need to pay cash only at the entrance. Hat uns sehr gefallen, Eintritt zwar etwas teuer, aber dafür all inklusive... TOP In 2020 and 2021 it was wonderful, the prices were decent (about 7leva/person, between 16-19 PM). In 2022 the ticket is 30 leva/person between 15-19 PM!! We were 5 persons (3 adults and 2 small kids), I couldn’t believe we had to pay 150 leva… There is no possibility to pay by card. No exchange in the zone (we couldn’t find one)… We had to leave, our were crying… it was the worse experience! And the lady from the entrance is awfull! I can’t describe how rude and mean she is, every year I wonder why is she still there. I don’t recommend the place at all! Short Version: Incredibly rude front desk woman who yells at the customers. Most of the big are currently closed. Longer version: Incredibly rude woman working the front desk. She was literally YELLING at me when I didn't understand how much the tickets were. (No prices are listed anywhere. Tickets are now 60 Bulgarian per person as of 2 July 2024). I would have walked away if I was alone as her behavior was absurd, but the were really looking forward to visiting a park. On the plus side food and is included in the ticket price. I had no idea until a few hours in as the ticket lady was too busy screeching to give out useful information. (There is a sign about the included food and that I saw on exiting. You won't see the sign if you approach the from the inland side). The food station is built into the side of a neat looking "pirate ship". The food is actually pretty and the serving line personnel friendly. You can eat inside a structure shaped like a giant stingray. There were two young men working hard to clear and clean tables constantly. If this actually had all their open and hired a normal human being to work the front desk I would give it 5 stars. As is one star is generous. Looking at past reviews the front desk lady has been hassling customers for years. Has to be a relative. Her continued employment illustrates how little this business cares about its customers. Към 7 септември цената за вход на човек над 90 см. височина е 70 лева. Които включват така нареченият “all inclusive” и ползване на всички съоръжения. Аз не исках да ползвам малкото на брой разновидности от замразените пържени полуфабрикати, които се предлагат във цената на билета, но няма такъв избор. Никой не премери децата колко са високи , така че може да минете метър и с малко по-ниски деца желаещи да ползват парка за сметка на безопасността. Басейните изглеждат чисти. I would not recommend this park. The is extremely rude. The at the entrance was yelling at my little niece making her multiple times check her height. The child was very scared of those people and cried. We asked the to call a manager, and she brought some man wearing underwear. None of them even had an ID, or a name badge. There is no changing room and lockers. You have to keep your valuables anywhere at your own risk. It is allowed to smoke cigarettes everywhere so have to choice but to poison themselves with cigarette smoke. I came here with three little children, so unfortunately could not just leave. The entrance fee is 60 lev for children and adults, no afternoon discounts as of July 2024. They accept only cash, no credit cards. And there is no way to find this info unless you come there in person. The pools are nice and clean. It's that it has couple of outside toilets. İn the restaurant there is no big option of food choice, the food isn't too bad. The biggest problem is the options, you pay 40 BGN per person and they gave you option of 3 cocktails in the bar (that are absolutely disgusting on taste) It's a thing that the beer was good. The on this property is absolutely trash. The lady on the entry door doesn't know how to smile The barman on the pool bar things he is funny. Generally the whole doesn't have experience working with people and are not polite. But I still recommend this place, it was my day off from work and I had great time relaxing with my girlfriend. Man wird Tagesgast im Hotel Kotva und kann mit dem Eintritt alle Poolanlagen und Rutschen, sowie die All-Inclusive Essens- und Getränke-Flatrate nutzen, auch alkoholische Getränke und die Kaffeemaschine. Meiner Einschätzung nach sind die Rutschen gut für Kinder bis zum Grundschulalter geeignet, ohne langweilig zu werden. Darüber hinaus wären wohl die anderen Aquaparks in der Nähe die bessere Wahl. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und es gibt zahlreiche Liegen, die dicht nebeneinander stehen. Ein Manko sind die Möwen, die ständig auf der Jagd nach Essensresten sind. Für einen Tagesausflug vollkommen in Ordnung. Jeden Tag würde ich den Trubel nicht haben wollen.
