The medieval dungeon was focused on finding things, rather than solving logical puzzles. While some folks might like it, we usually find it quite frustrating to search every crack and hole for tiny objects. We were told that other rooms are more intellectual, so your milage may vary. All the puzzles are enjoyable and not overly difficult and so the time they give you should be plenty. Issue is they’ve crafted the rooms so well that the environments has you scared shitless whenever you have to open a door or go alone in a room, and most of your steps are taken one at a time. It was wonderful. Great team, very kind and helpful. We made the "Best Bulgarian Pizza" - Room and it was a lot of fun and very challenging (in the best way). The rooms have well designed logic, the hosts are very welcoming and kind. You have a discount every time for the next room. It is the best place in town for escape room related activities. The riddles were ok, but they are mostly so easy that they were hard again because you expect something more complex. The athmosphere was also really poor compared to other Escape Rooms. In the she was just rude. I think the main Point of Escape Rooms ist to have fun. This was just Not Fun and nice at all. And your Response ist Just childish. Try Not to be upset :) This was, by far, the worst escape room I have ever done, and I would highly recommend avoiding it. To make matters worse, after 60 minutes, you're kicked out even if you're on the verge of solving the last puzzle, without any flexibility. Other escape rooms offer more guidance from the game master to help ensure a satisfying experience, but here, the game master plays a minimal role. You even have to read the rules and story yourself – which raises the question of why the game master is even there. The room's décor is extremely lacking, making it hard to feel immersed in any adventure, more like a childs room, and the loud background music makes communication nearly impossible. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend it. Changes/Addition: I want to clarify that my feelings stem from pure disappointment, not upset. It seems quite childish to suggest that the tasks are simple, implying my team was somehow unable to solve them. The focused less on solving puzzles and more on merely finding keys and their corresponding locks. Additionally, while we asked to take a picture, it was uploaded without our permission. Furthermore, we were given cards to cover our mouths, which felt like an attempt to mask our disappointment rather than celebrate our experience. It’s unfortunate that, given the number of negative comments, it seems there may be a reluctance to accept feedback for improvement. Try not to be upset about negative comments!
