As an American, I'm usually leery of any place calling themselves "Authentic American Cuisine". I was pleasantly surprised by the food, kind demeanor, and casual atmosphere of this place. Real American Food served by a very smart guy and a great team. I've been to this place 5 times now, and it just seems to get better and better. The owner he is so customer friendly and treats each table with a personal touch of respect as a customer. The food is always fresh and taste great. No complaints from me or my kid when we eat there. We arrived at 5:30pm no reservation but quickly seated. We ordered drinks placed our order and waited 90 minutes before we were served. Meanwhile 3 tables of people in our area came in after us, ordered and received their food. We took our food to go. The only explanation, which we did not ask for, was the other tables had made reservations. They listed on menu, house made chips. We ordered an appetizer because we were hungry after the first hour and got Doritos with some cheese and sour cream, meal f quesadillas and schnitzel were below average quality. I’m American so asked the owner, where are you from, his answer from Florida, that’s why I’m in Germany. Really unfriendly attitude. I’m not going back there. Maybe we just got them on a bad day. But really, we should have been treated better. Love this place! The food is great and reminds me of home, and the service is wonderful! Stopped by randomly during a bike ride on a holiday afternoon.
