The bear enclosure is nothing but concrete and dirt . Bears forage in the forests and hibernate. You deny them their inherent rights. The saddest part are the local reviewers giving five stars. A dystopian culture stuck in a 1960's timewarp when Bulgaria's zoos were opened. The environment ministry does not providing the financing to upgrade the enclosures. Why?
