I have been kiting for 10 years and seen how kite schools work all around the world. The kite instructors in this school are the worst I have ever seen. They teach in a forbidden area, that is full of swimmers. I've seen instructors dropping kites over swimmers too many times. They don't have the appropriate level to teach. I would never recommend anyone to take lessons at Fiumara. This August I did my first Kitesurf course, and it totally reached my expectations. Alessandro and the others instructors are very friendly and well organized. The overall experience was very positive, cannot wait to go back. Instructors teach in swimming area when normal swimmers are there too.. in my opinion not professional. As non student you have to book a slot/pay in order to use the starting zone as.. very unclear as nobody speaks English. But we were sent away with our kite (6y of experience and never seen such a un-welcome school) Had some great days here!
