Small beautiful just down the stairs from the church. Often used by wild swimmers for a cold water dip, it’s easily accessible by a car park just right at the top. There is a walking path that runs adjacent which will take you down to Elliot leading into Arbroath. Absolutely stunning on a sunny day and well worth a stop. A deep, narrow steps to get to the bottom, a couple of guys on mountain bikes riding the path. A few kids playing at the bottom of the too, even busy it was still quite and peaceful. Would still recommend, if only for a quick stop Lovely little and stream. Don't expecting a huge or a huge water stream. Also it's nice and quiet so you enjoy a little time there but there's not much else there so won't take up much of your time Great waterfall. Easy access. Just under the bridge with some parking on the main road. Well recommended. Beautiful for wild swimming. We hiked from Arbroath golf club and it took maybe an hour, but was worth it for the view! Nice little and easy enough to access if you are mobile. It's a beautiful waterfall. Lovely walk up past the waterfall. Gets very muddy, so be prepared.
