Initially felt quite cheap, but they soon add the exsta as you need to bring your own flip-flops and haircaps which we did not have nor mention on website . So bring your own otherwise you will be charged to buy theirs, small main pool with seating around small sauna and a relatively large steam room. Be warned they are very on top of times we booked 3 hours and we were back at reception 5 mins longer, and were charged 15 lv each, so a short relaxing time ruined at the end with the whole experience costing about 80 pounds Great appropriation of funding by the municipality to destroy public bath and build a tourist attraction instead. At least it was done well. You can still enjoy healing procedures at the various medical centers and spa hotels in the area. Be mindful that the showings happen on every hour and if you are late you must wait for the next one. They will soon be opening an active healing base as part of the complex. The place is quite nice and relaxing, even if it needs some better care (especially windows). We arrived at 16:45 and asked a 3h ticket. We were explained that we will need to leave before 19:30, which is ok and understandable as the place closes at 20:00. But at 19:00 sharp an employee (not the same that welcomed us) came and said "Time". We were the last customers and were out of the place at 19:10. Either say that you open till 19:00 and not till 20:00 or pay your employees an extra hour to clean everything. There also was a dead cockroach near the cold pool... So I am not even sure that they clean properly. Fantastic behind the ruins, with an interactive museum. And the spring (the reason there has been a settlement here since antiquity) is really good and plentiful. There is an interesting story about this location which includes many centuries and quite famous personalities from the past that have been connected to the location somehow. A provides more information about the bath, and outside one can have a walk through the ancient ruins. It is a small location of a significant meaning to the city of Burgas which can be thoroughly reviewed in 15 - 30 minutes. Wonderful experience! Highly recommended for both tourists and local people! As a child I was visiting the bath every Sunday with my grandmother, and I have very fond memories of the place! Fourty years later I came back to bring my children and to remember. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable guide whose warm demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. The interactive projections with augmented reality were simply amazing! They brought to life right before my eyes, transporting me back to a time when these baths were the center of social life. The impressive VR Oculus games also added another layer of fun and engagement, making me feel like I was part of the story itself. Historical facts, stories, and myths were presented in a fitting and magical way that kept my attention throughout. The beautiful park surrounding the provided the perfect atmosphere for a leisurely stroll and reflection after the tour. The small, charming spa pool was the icing on the cake – a place where you can relax and soak up the spirit of antiquity in a unique manner. This is one of those places that must be seen at least once in a lifetime. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in and experience something truly special. The place is from the category MUST see:). - We arrived with a 4 years old child. We found out the child is not allowed. Likely they are starting from some age, but I forgot which. - We wanted to visit a museum, but the entrance is allowed at hour boundaries. I.e. you can enter 2 p.m. or 3p.m but not 2:30 p.m and we arrived at 2:25 - A friend of my wanted a massage and they don't make massages on Mondays and Fridays and we were on Friday - They require clean slippers and swimming caps.
