Avoid this seller, they are onto a good thing, take your cash and do nothing 2 1/2 months to post a kit then kit not complete, take forever to answer emails, or the phone. Ordered 3 items all of which the website happily allowed me to. I got an auto-email stating the had been received and then since then absolutely nothing. I made the mistake of ordering the items without checking reviews first - I mean who would on a model shop - surely our hobby can be without the nonsense - clearly not. Refund already sorted through PayPal after no items sent and absolutely no communication from the shop/owner/. Worst business I have ever come across in the model railway world. Needless to say I'm super sorry I didn't read his Trustpilot reviews - They are truly shocking!! Hoping to get my money back from Paypal. Not a very nice business!! placed aug, money taken following day, several weeks past, no item, or tracking numbers sent, Michael never answers the phone , emailed several times, finally he contacted me to say he had sorted a replacement item, still no item received, again no phone calls answered, more emails sent and again for a second time he said he would send a second replacement. 22nd November still nothing. Customer service crap. Be warned this guy is NOT recommended to deal with.
