Paid £18 and that was for 2 with 2 adults on a Saturday morning. It is very large and was not crowded. The toilets are very clean and the tables wiped down fully between customers. You have to be let in and out by staff too so is very safe. Food is very nice and is reasonably priced. We booked in advance, easy online system. Friendly staff, clean and presentable play areas. Our 8&10 year old sons had a great time and we enjoyed being allowed to join in. We didn't eat or order anything. Clean bathrooms. The sensory room is a nice touch. Plenty of parking outside, easy to find location really loved going for the first time today. Really big with masses to do. Standard expensive food and drink but was good quality. I can't thank the owners enough for allowing us to book the whole venue at an inconvenient time for my daughter's birthday. All of the had an amazing time and the parents couldn't believe how smoothly it went as the manager Laura and the team were there to help out throughout the whole evening. Good for the but when ordering a cheese and ham panini and it take over 30 mins is a joke, the food is the very expensive, more than most coffee shops and others alike, if there is a delay on orders then please tell people when ordering. Plenty of seating available as well. This place was awesome. It was very clean, numbers were kept at a very sensible level and the staff were fantastic. Most parents dread going to those places, but this was a great experience. Even the toilets (we all know what to expect) we're spotless. Very impressed. (From north Kent) We come here often as our children 6 and 9 can let off steam in a safe environment. We come early when it’s less busy as they’re both autistic and struggle with noise and crowds. Our son usually takes a break in the sensory room at busy times accompanied by me, he loves it and it really calms him. On asking for the key today, I was flatly refused due to it being so busy and our son being over the age limit. We had to leave shortly after due to him becoming overwhelmed and not understanding why he couldn’t access the sensory space. Please be more inclusive so all children can enjoy the experience. I don’t come here very often with small people but it is always clean, organised, the staff are fab, lots of things going on like dance classes this morning, the menu is so reasonable and the new role play area looks fab!
