One of the Best Places To Visits in Weissach Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. We fully enjoyed the visit. The place is new, modern, everything looks interesting and great, we were with 3 and 10 y.o kids, and for both it was a pleasure. We bought 1.5h ticket, but I would buy next longer ticket, I think it’s better, to all without rushing. Restaurant looks great, but we didn’t tried it, it’s in the play area, I was thinking it’s not possible to eat there if your is ended, but better to ask. The stuff is very helpful and polite. I would recommend this place. The price is probably not cheap, but I think it’s fair enough, to maintain the place well and it without crowds, even on Friday evening during the school holidays. Fantastic plays for and adults. Clean, modern and funky. Friendly and fair prices. Highly recommend! Nice place 👍 EXCELLENT 👍 Twice the price it should be 👎 The really are good, kudos especially to Stefan, very friendly and helpful guy 💪 There is enough there to do for 3 hours with (ours are 6 and 8 and actually got a teeny bit bored towards the end). We ended up playing hide and seek 😂 The first main room is fun, the slides are and our enjoyed it. The two ‘rides’ are maybe for up to 6 (7 at a push?). Our daughter really enjoyed the spinning chair ride 👍 The back room was but you really need to wait to use the main stuff. We didn’t have to wait for the (not very large) trampoline but everything else had a queue and seemed to be aimed at slightly older (it does say 8+ on the signs). The high ropes were fun, although a bit crowded. Again, the here were great! The ‘bouldering’ is passable but doesn’t compare to proper bouldering, with a bit of thought it could be good. Bit of a wasted opportunity I think. Some of the other comments said it was too cold and the toilets were shared. We found the temperature to be totally fine (it was warm) and the toilets were separate, not shared 👍 The problem is really the cost. It’s an indoor play where you have 3 hours but it’s priced like a theme park (where you could stay all day with plenty to do) and I just can’t see why. There isn’t even free water 🙈 We did have fun, but we wouldn’t go again. If this was priced sensibly it would be a 4/5. Too expensive for what they offer… 72€ for 1 child and 1 adult. We only stayed 2 hours cause after that my son had already done everything he could do for his age (almost 5). Completely overrated, I don’t think it’s nearly worth the price. The was very unpleasant too, as if they were doing you a favor by selling you a ticket or making the machines work inside…We Visited on March 2025. Tegernsee Phantstisch seems to be a great park for groups with above 12, of heights above 140 cm and who understood you need to bring indoor shoes. This was not us and it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience for our kids. We were a group of 4, 2 adults and 2 aged 5 and 8 and thankfully we only paid for the 2 hours evening offer. We hoped to ourselves and have dinner there. First disappointing news: the dining has been booked for a private party so no food. No such info when we booked the ticket. Second disappointment: the chain carousel is broken. The normal carousel works if personal would be there but you have to chase them to go on it. Most parents push the carousel to motion...The remaining for under 8 is an for todlers which younger seems to but too baby for ours, an with 3 slides which definitely looks nice but it is only 3 slides and is kind of boring after a short while. Some car can also be used. The boulder wall is quite nice but there are just blocks, no parcours. For young the grips are not all easy. For more experienced people like my oldest daughter who train weekly, it was boring. There is the Tegernsee Ökologia which is nice if you came to read. But it is not adapted for younger although it is part of their area. The multimedia aquarium is about drawing your fish, scan it and seeing it swim among other fishes. would draw 1-2 and then: next. And, well this is the only offer which is there for them. In the next area, under 8 needs to be with adults. There, well they can take some nice selfies in the selfie area, play kickers on the 1 kickers table available if free and that's basically it. All other are not meant for them and you see some very sad or even crying because they are not allowed to be part of the fun. The ninja parcour they can do with the help of an adult. The climbing garden: which were allowed on it seemed to have quite some fun. Unfortunately my daughter was found 1 cm smaller than the expected 125 and her bouldering shoes were not considered acceptable indoor shoes according to the man mending the attraction. I was told in a very unfriendly tone that if we go pay for rented indoor shoes, she could join (WT!!! To remain polite!). There should have a little to test ability. Tbh, there were blocked in the air much bigger than my daughter who clearly had issues which mine would have gone accross easily as she has experienced similar in other parks with more sensible policies. In the jumping area, you are supposed to be able to have screen with games i suppose but they were all not in working order. As they were not too many people at one time, we let our daughters it but officially they are not allowed in the area. 5D cinema: is ok but age restriction is also not understandable. As a 140 cm+ girl said to the man taking care of the attraction "I did it once, it's kind of boring". Last attraction is the VR free roaming attraction. under 12 and not 140 cm of hights are not allowed to play unfortunately. Same goes for people in wheelchair. For others, you have choice between 5 games. I tested 3 of them and had great fun. One was Europapark themed gem searching quest which i liked very much, second was a shooting game on the moon and mars. Third was a futuristic police shooting game. Games i did not play due to lack of were a quizz game and a zombie game not allowed for under 18. Conclusion: I would not recommend this park for under 12 years old as they are too many restrictions for them and lots of frustration. They will themselves much more in other parks like the Blindham Bergtierpark where for half of the price you have an all day fun even when it is raining. And I would recommend the Tegernsee Phantstisch management to either rethink their younger or make it a 12 years plus themed park. Indeed, there is not many offer for teens in the and i am sure they could find further nice for them. Nice place, a lot of fun for the kids. Quite new place with mix of activities. In a normal world, I would give 5 however there is too less personnel. We came on 04.10. which is a bridge day and there were a lot of inside. It was like 3-4 people max and they were occupied in the bar. So for some where you need assistance, you had to wait very long. Then we wanted to have some food, that was the real catastrophe. There were 3 (three) in front of us and it literally took more than 30 minutes to get the food. It was simply the system and a fully ignorant stuff. Once I complained I got a plain response „we cannot do faster“ with zero emphaty to a crying small kid. Only one of the stuff (unfortunately I don’t know her name, she barely spoke German but very helpful and hardworking person) showed empathy, other two ladies simply did not care. My general impression of this place, there is not a manager of this place or the manager is not capable. You don’t really feel that the stuff is there to welcome you and make you the time. P.s.: It has been our second here and similar experience. My love this place. We came here many times and always satisfied. Clean, beautiful center with amazing who are very friendly and helpful. We had the evening ticket (5-8). Due to personnel shortage major parts were closed for one hour. Upon our complaint we got a shoulder shrug. To top it off: they closed 10 minutes early. Save the money. Fabulous place for a few hours of family time! Really friendly welcoming staff, appreciated them taking the to explain everything to us in English, too.
