The weather favored us, everything went super smooth, very less waiting time. Very efficient staffs and masters. Nice ground staff. Good atmosphere. If you join the afternoon session like I did, you'll get to see a couple of people landing, this also helped me less nervous. My master was fun to talk to, he tried to make me relaxed and also explained the process (again) during the flight up and he spoke in English too ( I already mentioned to them that I don't understand German when I'm nervous). It was an epic experience!! oh, the views! You'll come to realise that life truly is beautiful & precious lol. My master also let me control the chute safely cos he partly held on to it. Oh, and if you pay for photos and videos, you get them the same day! A little suggestion I might give for improvement would be the time. I can understand that it might be hard to organise so, everyone gets an exact time for the appointment but it'll be better. I had to wait for over 90 mins from my appointment to dive. Watching the parachute show made this bearable, plus, they mentioned on the website to clear your whole day for the - they clearly meant it :) It’s was a great experience. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. They speaks good English. I will this . Video and photo quality are also really excellent. It was my first skydive and it couldn’t be any better. The staff were super friendly as well as professional. Everything went smoothly. Also, for the price, they provide value. Would love to try them again. It was a wonderful as a first timer.
