The best way to get here is actually by S-Bahn (to Starnberg, then walk over), by bike or by car. If you are lucky, you can even park for free at the Seestubn Percha. If you go into the water, it stays shallow for a long time and the ground is stony (round pebbles). We can only recommend this place! Of course, if the weather had been warmer and sunnier, we certainly wouldn't have been able to get a pitch late in the afternoon... a sign that this pitch is good! This place is absolutely stunning! They didn't bring the normal menu card right out of the box i was handed an expensive menu card. They missed items in Pizza and lied to us about prices. Worst experience ever but best view in the area. Try asking them to bring all menus they have in order to enjoy this place for real.
