The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the interaction I had at the front desk. The staff member I encountered was quite rude and raised her voice when explaining how to exit and return the watch, which left a negative impression. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Clean, well organized, all saunas have a place for you to set your eye glasses before you go in, and the ship (listening to the slap of the water on the hull while watching the ducks swim around and a back drop of snowy mountains) was cool. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was respectful of the space of others and noise volume. Food in the restaurant was excellent and they also have alternative milks!
