Not polite at all + who refuse that we pay by credit card, while we always paid like this and there was never a problem about it... The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the food and drinks were excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. I want to give a special shout-out to our waiter Luka, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional — always with a warm smile and perfect timing. Luka really made our visit extra enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by him! First we wait for over 30 min to order ,and same to get something...they spill everything, it happens,but they were angry, they spill all over our stuff, phones , us ,and chair, and all we bought in stores, bag was full of coffee ,ice,and drinks...and they left us to stand in puddle of drinks .... Sjela sam za stol u kafiću i čekala hoće li me netko poslužiti. Naišao je konobar koji je posluživao stolove pokraj i na moj upit mogu li naručiti rekao je da će doći drugi konobar. Nakon još 20 minuta čekanja, dolazi drugi konobar koji uzima narudžbe sa stolova pokraj te također ne želi uzeti moju narudžbu. Poslije nekog vremena sam se ustala i otišla do šanka te im rekla da je sramotno što nitko od konobara ne želi poslužiti moj stol, dok su drugi posluženi, na što cijela ekipa sa šanka samo šuti bez da sam dobila ikakvu ispriku. Užasno iskustvo te definitivno više neću ići u ovaj kafić i ostavljati novac za ovakvu katastrofalnu uslugu. Premalo radnika za ovaj obujam gostiju, dvije osobe ne stignu obici sve goste.
