Food was very good, authentic diverse, tasty well prepared, and at good amount. Staff was overdue and therefore not providing enough time with costumer. House wine is good. Need to make a reservation! They didn't have pre-made fish paprikasz (40 mins wait for that), so we ordered mixed meat (waited 30 mins :P). It was horrible, and we left half of it, because it tasted really REALLY weird. They tried to mask this with copious amounts of red paprika, but this plan failed. Home made french fries were ok and plentiful. Salad was also not bad. Don't order grilled meat here. Nice little restaurant that does great dishes. The mixed meats were all overcooked and dry though. Do not get that here, get it anywhere else. Otherwise a decent experience. This place brings back all of my sweetest memories of my childhood. Authentic local food, served by a professional staff, in a calm and nice environment. What stands out above all, is the quality of food. I could not imagine a better taste, texture, and portion for this food myself. We have been there many times already, and I never once left dissappointed, but truly satisfied. I will pay a visit whenever I have a chance to do so, and will most definitely taste all the food available there. For my taste, you are the champions in this world. Hope to see you soon after the pandemic. Great food, huge dishes, lovely atmosphere....excellent wine from the local winemakers...for me...Kolar wine is No 1, you should try and then you can tell😉 Fiš is supposed to be very good, but if you come with your dog you won't be able to try it. We didn't realize why is that so and are sad to find it that way since we usually go to restaurants with our dog. (photo of our dog is from the restaurant we went to after we were not allowed to sit not even in the corner of the terrace). Dog lovers, not your venue! Sve pohvale za uslugu, hranu i vino. Mesto gde treba svratiti na ručak. Preporuka za riblje čvarke i Fiš uz koje ide odlično vino vinarije Kovats. Absolutely incredible fish stew, better than meat gulaš! It's a super nice way to have an excellent meal with friends and take a break from red meat while still having enough to bring some home ❤️💯 Poštovani,nažalost u ambijent se ne ulaže,toaleti osim što su neophodni, uopće nisu na visini, dapače,a godinama tu dolazim na fiš,količina ribe u istome se smanjila baš onoliko koliko je isti poskupio, kruh od jučer,fiš preslan,baš se srozala razina, molim vlasnika da promijeni sve,a ne samo automobil, nije moje da se miješam u poslovnu politiku, ali molim korisnike da pročitaju ovu recenziju i odluče što žele, Srdačan pozdrav Odličan restoran. Ljubazno osoblje, savršena hrana. Lokal gdje se dobro jede fish stew was excellent ! Very tasty fish soup and stew (huge portions), fair price and good service. Reservation might be needed. Sajnalatos módon nem voltam megelégedve.Az unott faradt felszolgálók elrontjak a hangulatát a helynek.mostanában nem jovunk ide. During a family trip to the Baranja region of Croatia, we stumbled upon a charming, rustic restaurant nestled amidst the serene beauty of this picturesque area. Little did we know that this would be an unforgettable gastronomic adventure. The centerpiece of my meal was the perkelt of Zander (pike-perch), a dish that has since embedded itself deeply in my memory. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, the fish was simmered to perfection in a rich, paprika-infused sauce that was neither too overpowering nor too mild. The delicate balance of spices paid homage to the region’s culinary heritage, and the accompanying side of homemade pasta soaked up the sauce beautifully. If you're looking for an authentic Baranja culinary experience (specially the perkelt), this place is a must-visit!
