The excursion was really interesting. The degustation included 3 different alcohol drinks, but each was delicious. I am visiting with my family from the US. Vincent was an amazing guide! I speak only a little French and it is difficult for my family and I to understand. Vincent spoke in English which was very helpful. The was amazing, he was very thorough in his explanations and we all learned a lot about this region and Calvados. Merci beaucoup, Vincent!!! The around Busnel distillery is fantastic, we had Axel as a guide, he had so much interesting information and answered all of our questions. Very interesting in English from Vincent about the production of CALVADOS and Cidre. Highly recommended with tasters at the end of the tour. Very interesting to discover the whole process in this distillery. The with Sabine was very well explained and after we were able to taste everything we had seen in the cellar or heard during the tour!!! Vincent was informative and very friendly! We are from the US and do not speak French and Vincent spoke in English for us to easily understand the extensive history and steps used within the distillery. We were so impressed, appreciate his knowledge and learned so much about the making of Calvados!! The samples and store displays were amazing!! Thank you!! Sabine was also very professional and kind. What an amazing tour! Sabine was great, so nice and knowledgeable about the cider making process and history. I am from NY and her English was amazing - very easy to understand! The tasting at the end was a great way to end our weekend :) Super visit and great guide. We also visited a small family distillery and the difference is so interesting. The Pommeau was delicious!
