This place has the potential to be so nice. First, one of the hammams was room temperature. The other one was barely warm, and somehow it vented through the ceiling… Never seen that before. Says outside pool is 37 degrees, there’s no way, was cool and more like 33, and they don’t have a single hot tub, like 5 indoor pools all the same temperature, why? They told us we weren’t allowed to bring her own sandals in, and most spas require sandals/slippers. Then we saw other people bring their own in. The wood in the saunas is in very bad shape, it is also coated buy some kind of protective paint which is not what you want to be breathing in… this is what happens when they don’t give you a proper towels and training for using saunas the traditional way that takes care of the wood. There was some clear plastic tarp over the what would be an incredible skylight ceiling. They also don’t have basic things like a swimsuit drying centrifuge. 30 euros for 2.5 hours too… just not a great experience for that… maybe for French people who don’t sauna much? 🤷🏻‍♂️ The Spa Ô des Lauzes is a beautiful facility with a stunning view and relaxing jacuzzis. Speaking of the outdoor jacuzzi, its temperature is similar to the pools and doesn’t feel as warm as one would expect for a jacuzzi. The saunas, while functional, are also colder than standard at around 60 degrees, and the humidity becomes very high due to the constant need to water on the stones. The lack of towels to protect the wood has led to visible damage, and the painted wood detracts from the authentic sauna experience. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere of the spa is enjoyable. The design and layout are charming, and the experience is still relaxing overall. With a few adjustments to the management and maintenance practices, this place could truly shine as a top-tier spa destination. Le Spa Ô des Lauzes est un endroit magnifique avec une vue splendide et des jacuzzis relaxants. Le thé offert en libre-service est une attention appréciable, et l’endroit offre une atmosphère paisible se détendre. Cependant, il y a quelques points à améliorer, principalement liés à la gestion et aux règles. Par exemple, il n’est indiqué nulle part clairement qu’il faut apporter ses propres serviettes, et il n’y a pas de location de serviettes, ce qui est inhabituel un spa. De plus, la règle interdisant les tongs dans les espaces communs est assez déroutante, surtout que le sol est très froid, ce qui peut être inconfortable, voire problématique, notamment les femmes se rendant au extérieur. Concernant ce extérieur, sa température est similaire à celle des piscines et n’est pas aussi chaude qu’on pourrait l’attendre un jacuzzi. Les saunas, bien qu’utilisables, sont également plus froids que la norme, avec une température autour de 60 degrés. L’humidité devient rapidement élevée à cause de l’ajout constant d’eau sur les pierres, ce qui ne permet pas une véritable expérience de sauna sec. Enfin, l’absence de serviettes protéger le bois a conduit à des dommages visibles, et le bois peint altère l’expérience authentique du sauna. Malgré ces inconvénients, l’atmosphère générale du spa reste agréable. Le design et l’aménagement sont charmants, et l’expérience demeure relaxante dans l’ensemble. Avec quelques ajustements au niveau de la gestion et de l’entretien, cet endroit pourrait véritablement s’imposer comme une destination spa de premier choix. The Spa is phenomenal. Saunas were good, hammams quite useless - not much steam there, barely warm. Pools are ok, and we also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. To be in line with other spas in the Alps and around Europe It'll be great to see this place being clothing optional / nude at least at certain hours / days. I also would like to state that there were some staff / workers smoking in the parking lot, and we could smell it in the outdoor jacuzzi. Would be nice if the smoking area would be further away from the spa. Après midi inoubliable MERCI A VOUS TOUTES sommes venus un peu par hasard après une session de ski et une envie de détendre. avons opté les deux heures d’accès au spa. Très bonne idée. L’accueil était des plus agréable, une dame charmante a accompagné jusqu’aux vestiaires, a expliqué le fonctionnement et a détaillé les installations. Le spa est agréable, bien chauffé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment un prix des plus raisonnable. Il est certain que reviendrons plus longtemps et testerons les massages dont on a dit le plus grand bien.
