Well organized but the pool is not thermal Good place to go after a long day of skiing. For an extra 8 euro they provide a bathrobe, towel, and shoes. I would recommend bringing some shampoo/conditioner for showering afterwards since they only provide soap. They also provide a selection of herbal teas which are perfect for relaxing. Can get crowded and can be difficult to find a place to sit or lay down. We enter via our hotel (that is connected), there was no workers anywhere to be found. The front desk lady at our hotel said the thermal was included in our stay, considering the word bath is in the name of the hotel, it made sense. We made our way to the thermal bath only to be approach by a very rude and angry old man. He proceeded to yell at us and ask us where we are from, like that has anything to do with our right to be there. He made us leave and we spent 25 minutes walking around, looking for employees to pay their fee. It shouldn't matter where you come from. All people should be treated with kindness and like human beings. This is the largest Spa in the Meribel & Courchevel area and I expected it to be really great from the reviews. In reality, it is 1. Very dated and seems like I'm walking through a highschool 2. The pool is very limited and only has a couple of jets with over 50% of it being cold and used for swimming only... 3. The steam paths are not very hot, only the Sauna was good here 4. The lighting and whole vibe is not relaxing 5. The outdoor jacuzzi was cold and honestly just terribly integrated into the whole experience 6. The changing rooms are mixed sex and mixed showers 7. The showers had no soap (the dispenser is there, just empty). Save your money, go to a smaller spa in the ski areas it will be better than this for sure. These thermal baths are an excellent way to unwind after a day in the mountains! The spa closes at 8pm (access to the pools and steam rooms till about 7.15pm), so if planning to go after a ski day it needs to be timed well. Also note that it's closed on Sundays. No advance reservations required for a simple entry (despite what is indicated on the website). The 40€ entrance fee included a bathrobe, towel and sandals. The staff were very kind and friendly. The facility features several pools, sauna, hammam, etc. including two small outdoor jacuzzis, a cold water pit, some aromatherapy rooms and more. We were very satisfied with the experience overall and will definitely be back when next in the area. Great place! Worth every cent! Awesome, friendly, competent staff!!
