What a hidden gem. The girls on reception were lovely and we orderd coffees and flap jack which was brought out to us , as had dog with us. The lady offered to fill our water bottle, felt awful I didn't do it myself. Such wonderful service and loved that the ladies were laughing. Would love to come and stay one day . She tailored the massage to focus on our individual needs and spent time with us after the massage to give holistic aftercare advice based on the tensions she had found. We enjoyed our massages and manicure. Our afternoon tea at the Bistro was delicious and all the staff were very pleasant and attentive. I will endeavour to return when I’m next in Keswick.
