Fantastic place to go! Really impressed with the overall experience, visited on a Wednesday for the parent & toddler session (10-3pm). The ladies were incredibly informative and helpful, the area is split into soft play, trampolines and role zone with lots of toys & space for smaller children. Added bonus, the lunch is included in the price for the kids! Definitely recommend! Attended a birthday for my granddaughter and was so surprised by the quality of the food on offer. I had a burger which was better than most pub burgers. We also had a pizza which again was well made and tasted great. So much better than expected for a children’s area! Well done WOW, JUST WOW! We had a sleepover here for the first time and for all attendees. It was epic, why condense everything into 2 hours of chaos when you can spread it out leisurely over 13 hours. I was apprehensive at first as myself and 2 other parents were going to stay too and didn't know how it would all take its toll on us. However, the who were there throughout were amazing. Kept up with the itinerary of hot chocolates, make their beds etc and let us enjoy our dinner. Settled them down to sleep and asked us often if we needed anything. The room was cleaned in the blink of an eye after each feeding session🤣. To be honest, us parents had a great time! I'd happily sleep there with 15 children again. Which is saying something. Trampoline sleeping was so comfortable. We hope to be back next year, us parents even talked about chipping in to do this more often as they all dashed off to have 13 hours child free and nights out! Thank you Jump Warehouse, amazing idea that was well executed. It was the talk of the school before the and I am sure will be for many weeks thereafter. Email specifically says to arrive 20 mins prior to booked session, however I’m not really sure why as we were checked in straight away and given wristbands but then had to wait 15/20 mins before we were allowed to use the trampolines or soft which is a long time for a little one who doesn’t understand this! I said I’d have to step outside to reception in that case as my little one was upset as to why we couldn’t go in and they did say we could use the small world area while we wait. I’ve been before it was taken over by High Altitude and they never had this rule and was much smoother process. Recently, we were at a birthday party. 2 hours ordered and after 1 hour the told the children to stop playing. The children had to sit and be bored. I don't recommend it. Terrible service Great time, our 3 year old loved the trampolines and the soft area, we didn’t have food on this visit, but it looked good and they had gluten free options. The were really friendly and helpful, we’ll definitely be back Tried to book to visit here with my daughter, but couldn't get past the waiver step, given there is a question about Jump socks which requires you to answer with a very specific series of words in order for you to continue. A multiple choice selection would be far more user friendly, and would have allowed me to book a session for my child. We have gone elsewhere and won't be bothering in future. We had our son's 8th birthday at Jump today & cannot praise all the enough (Kayleigh especially). They worked hard to ensure our son & his friends had a fantastic party, this was also a huge help and weighed lifted for us as parents. Highly recommend!! Thank you 😊. We had are daughters’s yesterday at jump. We never been there before or had a there before. We will definitely be using you again in the future. The was very friendly and nice & polite. The food was lovely well presented with lots of it. My daughter and her friends had a lovely time at jump warehouse. If anyone is planning on going to jump warehouse in diss. I would strongly advise you don’t. My son is non verbal Autistic went there today like we have done many times. He was struggling with the socks got them on him and I explained to the that he was struggling and they witnessed his meltdown over the socks. I said can he go on without they said no. Few minutes later they said as he is autistic he cant go on the trampoline full stop! This is discrimination and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this luckily there is a soft and a world there which he was happy to use but they shouldn’t of made us feel like he wasn’t aloud to use the facilities that we was there to use. Will most definitely not be returning which is a shame. I have book birthday for my 8 years old son. Everything was fine a part that after an hour of using trampolines and food kids heard from '' your is over'' when they want to use trampolines. Disgusting! Kids had nothing to do for next 45 minutes. Not recommended.
