Baby area a bit dirty (the air blowing machine had been treated as a bin) and having vastly older children running and jumping in the under 4 section really didn't feel safe for my toddler - I realise this is down to parents but perhaps they need to be warned. Edit: Went again today and was marvelled at the revamp that's recently been carried out. It definitely has been deep cleaned whilst it was shut for the works, everything was tidy, looking good and clean. Food even tasted better! The very slight price increase is still incredibly reasonable for what you get. These guys have families in mind. 5/5. Original review: We visited on a Friday, in the summer holidays and we were pleasantly surprised it wasn't jam packed which meant we had as long as we want. £3 for our 9 month old, and £2 each per adult which we thought was a good price. The baby/ toddler area is just enough to keep them entertained and busy, but we won't give it 5 star because of the older children climbing and Accessing the area when babies are crawling which is never safe, and it's the parents fault at the end of the day. Soraya was really friendly and absolutely brilliant with the kids. I would highly recommend this place for your kids. Fun to play is always clean and well organised. Staff are friendly and keep all running smoothly. It would be 5 stars but parking can be tricky. It's also small to medium in size compared to some other venous. Lovely little establishment! A great place for my 1 and 2.5 year old, food and coffees are pretty good, most of the equipment is big enough for me to get in there to play with my kids. The toys in the under 4 section need new batteries though! Security of children very poor to stop running out the onto the road as always left open when people coming in and no security gate anymore inside. Staff not vigilant about being closed and just allowing people to queue and leave the open. I know this from experience after having to run after my 2 year old as she nearly run out the due to both being left open while parents were queuing and staff did not seem aware about the doors. This security is a safeguarding issue and more measures need to be in place. On my way out on two occasions now I've had to close both the to actually be one person that makes an effort on security. It's a shame as it's a lovely place otherwise and not wanting to come back anymore as I should feel my daughter is safe to not get out onto the car park. Fabulous play, boys having a great time. Prices are really good 😊 Great place to come if your a parent on a budget 😀 We weren’t very impressed tbh. We played for our session, got held up in an accident on way which is 20 mins late. The following session wasn’t booked up by no means so plenty of space! However….. after being there only an hour the announcements were being made for us to leave?! The children were half way through eating , and had only had a max of 49 mins play for a paid 2 hour session! Will not be visiting again I’m afraid to say . We have also been turned away previously due to a part being booked WHICH WAS MENTIONED ON YOUR WEBSITE WHEN WE BOOKED! We thought we would give you another chance but we were not impressed.
