The brewer was serving guests during lunch on a Friday, pouring the Hell and Dunkles, both had poor malt expression and both were tainted by diacetyl. Eine kleine Gerichtsauswahl ist für mich ein Zeichen für Qualität statt Quantität, so sollte die Karte auch verstanden wwerden.
