My have a blast at the soft every time. Some fool said it was unsafe, that's complete rubbish. I think one of the basketball back boards needs repairing, but certainly doesn't present a danger. I also want to correct whoever it was that said the slides were in disrepair, again, rubbish, as evidenced in the photos (children have been edited out.) They have bowling, and pool tables. While I haven't played on them, they look in good condition and are reasonably priced. They also have arcades and a VR simulator. Food and drink is served here, with a restaurant and a bar. I had the OG Burger today and, I don't say this lightly, may well be one of the best burgers I've eaten. Staff are excellent and a lady who I gather runs the place, is absolutely lovely and I appreciated the attention and kindness she showed to my daughter in the past. I will 100% be frequenting Pinopollis, despite it being out of the way, it will always be worth the drive. So decided to try this place while in town. Although it looked closed on the outside, inside was amazing! Nicely decorated, very clean, small arcade for the but a massive soft area! The lanes were awesome, my Mrs and loved the here. The food was extremely good, very nice burgers. Will definitely be coming again when in town. 10/10 I took my son here during the half term and he had a great time!! It was cheaper than paying to go to Carmarthen Xcel and also Swansea's tenpin which was a win win for me!! I booked online where I was able to book a slot and also for the sides to be up for my son's turns and for mine to be down which I thought was great!! Excellent customer service as I messed up and forgot to put my car details in for the carpark but this has been sorted out by the company which stopped me having a fine! So remember to put your details in for the carpark. Will definitely be popping in again!! The venue itself is okay. I’m not too sure on the location itself and the prices are quite high for what you are purchasing, e.g, £19.95 for an hour of when it can be bought for cheaper, at better places. It seems confusing given how quiet Pinopolis usually is too. Also, please don’t refer to the google opening/closing times as they seem to close when they fancy. This will be replaced by an Aldi in the next year and it’s blatantly obvious that the owner has given up. Don't bother ringing either, because they simply will not pick up. It’s a shame, Llanelli could do with more recreational venues, but half-assed attempts such as this, located in the middle of nowhere, poor planning and worse marketing will not be the change that this town so desperately needs. Fantastic place. staff highly recommend Had food here, 2 out of 3 burgers were still pink and cold, but was argued with that it had been probed. childrens pasta was undercooked after waiting 40 minutes as it was forgotten about,We reported this and were greeted with absolutely rubbish customer service whilst his hands were in the pasta arguing that there was nothing wrong with it. Wont be returning which is a shame had the situation been resolved as the children actually enjoyed the area. We are on holiday and stumbled across it, Simon greeted us and talked us through the car registration process, we had booked on line, which was quick easy and efficient. We chose to AR and booked for the hour, drinks were reasonably priced, we didn't have food, so can't pass judgement. The space is well maintained, and the toilet facilities are and well maintained. The dining areas are and spacious. After our hour, we then played on the pool tables. What a fab couple of hours we had, we will be going back, as it was an experience and atmosphere, the arcade games were good too! Great place!! We stumbled across this place and popped in to meet the most lady who told us what the place could offer and gave us the information we needed. We were gobsmacked by the prices she quoted and went back to our holiday home to collect the children. We returned to be greeted by the most pleasant team members we have ever met, if you looking for a place to entertain the whole this is it. It has something for everyone from to a huge and more importantly soft which may I add once paid is free for the FULL day!! You then have arcades , and pool tables with food and drink options for all needs. I am so happy I found this place but also very unhappy that I have only found it at the end of our holiday as I would be a frequent visitor. A 10/10 that supersedes anything we have in Manchester! Yes the exterior looks a little dated but once you get inside you can see where the money has been spent! We all loved the and then the teens jumped on the whilst the little ones has a blast down in the area. Everywhere was lovely and and the staff were so attentive and friendly. They helped set us up on and even got a soft chair for my elderly father in law to sit on as the sofas were a little too low for him! We didn’t need to ask for this, the lady instinctively did this for us. A really nice & personal touch We weren’t going to have food here as we have dinner plans later on this evening but after seeing other customers burgers we couldn’t resist! 10/10! The burgers are incredible! I went for the phat B burger and I have to say, best burger I have ever had. The teens all went for the OG burgers and there was not even a crumb left! The had the childrens burger and that in itself was huge with chips and only £5.50! This is an all day destination spot and we will certainly be regulars from now on Just to note when arriving pop your reg into the tablet on the bar and you get 24 hours free parking! Brilliant! Food is unreal, my little boy is very fussy with food and they accommodated to him, he specifically only likes chicken nuggets and asked for just a plate of chicken nuggets and that is what they did, service can’t fault it! The lady with dark hair, assuming she’s the manager couldn’t have done anything else to make our visit the best. Prices are really affordable too, will definitely be coming back 🔥 Awesome place!! Staff is super friendly, food is awesome me and my enjoyed a Burger and some chips, the place is overall and I understand is a bit dusty because there is a rocky road in front of the entrance, so I can’t blame anyone.
