Could do with updating, as I was walking around my son needed the toilet, so I had taken him to the toilet by main entrance the male toilet looked like it was from a run down council house. More concerning was the fire door leading to the area which was held open by a weight off some sort, considering it had a fire rated door closure device fitted to the door. Also the fire rated strips fixed to the edge of the doors were covered in paint. I am pretty sure this is against fire safety regulations. As I am a member of the gym,I enjoy visiting. Can't wait for the new leisure too open,and use the state of art new equipment. Really disappointed with my first time going today with my 2 year old daughter for the public swim session at 10.30. Firstly let me be clear , Free parking , brilliant , reception , brilliant , at side , brilliant. Now the issues, as soon as we entered the rooms there's was a strong horrible smell, so much so my 2 year old said it was stinky !. The cubicles where dirty , with dirt on floors seats and dust on every ledge (again this is 10.30am so it's not had a kicking all day !). went out to side after booking public swim to find the main set up for lane swim and the leaning had a class in it . So standing there wondering what to do with my little girl. again were great explained the situation and they let me into an end lane but then had to move out of there into the small after 15 mins. like I said were really nice just very disappointed with the obvious miscommunication on what sessions were actually happing between the and their website and mostly the rooms. I simply won't go again given the state of the rooms. save this from a 1 star The Llanelli leisure cafe is brilliant! Andrew and Chris always got a smile to cheer your day and make all the customers feel welcome. They make great coffee and food at a very reasonable price too! Last time I was there with my family, room smelt of pee, floors are slimy, and there was pee in the womens shower! Bits in the pool, only thing thats good there is the staff, otherwise I'll never go there for swimming again! Went to Llanelli leisure today for the first and last time. Leisure of grime I've called it. It was dirty. The rooms for swimming were disgusting, smelt awful. Just dirty and grimy. The corridor leading to the rooms was disgusting too. Don't think it's been cleaned in months. The are very pleasant and helpful. I'd give full stars, but the itself It doesn't deserve 1 star for its hygiene. 🤮🤢 Went to Llanelli leisure today.
