Really nice event. Tom-tom is a cook and explained us everything from the starter to the dessert. We spend a moment. It’s the place to be when in Hamburg ! We just had the best ever with Tomtom, Andreas, Katherine and Marisol. We were in a large group of 25 people, and they were able to assist all of us, it a very unique experience, where no one felt left out. We had a very immersive kitchen where we all participated in the appetizers, main dishes, deserts and etc. I really the place and especially this very unique and high-qualified crew. Keep it going guys, you made the difference in this team-building evening. We had a wonderful with my colleagues from the different European office . Andreas was an amazing host and taught us how to cook some delicious dishes. We had a and team-building experience. Gruß Markus Tough to genuinely review this course because one has to start by saying it was not a bad course, however all the 5 star reviews are not representative as one is urged after the course to write a review and lets be honest who is going to write a bad or critical review on site. The primary problem with the course (Fish cooking class with Andreas) is that one didnt really learn very much because so many people were given the task to cook different things simultaneously also different types of fish with different ways to fillet them. Then people were tasked with vegetables, mash, desert etc. it was basically very chaotic. If you are looking to learn something then this is not the course to do so. However if you are looking for a fun with friends then I can recommend! We recently hosted a event at La Cocina in Hamburg, and it was an outstanding from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, it the perfect place to bring colleagues together. Chef Tomtom’s dishes were not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor—every bite was a delight. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and made sure our group felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. We can’t wait for our next gathering here! The food and ambient is amazing 👌 We had a even at La Cocina - German barbecue with Tomtom & Nicole. There was plenty of food, including good vegetarian options. Everyone had a task and cooked an entire dish from scratch. And the dinner really felt like a effort. Overall, it was fun, relaxed and way to spend time together 🙂 with Tomtom and his team! The chef TomTom and his Luara and Julian were knowledgeable, engaging, and made the both educational and fun. The recipes were well-chosen, easy to follow, and delicious. I appreciated the hands-on approach, which allowed me to practice kitchen techniques. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, it a for beginners and experienced cooks alike. Everything was well-organized, from the ingredients to the cooking stations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their cooking skills in an enjoyable and supportive environment!
