The streets are the extended parking lots of most of the homeowners It's a subdivision. It's mainly houses but with a cafe at the entrance and eateries scattered throughout. It's not a high-class subdivision and has mostly middle class residents living here. they need to be more desicpline when it comes to road cleanliness and parking area.
