Not safe for visitors especially to female drivers like me who is visiting my relatives together with my husband and 8 year old son (traumatic experience for him) on a weekend. If you are currently living in this residences and if you are a woman in particular, please be careful. We hope our relatives will be okay, we already advised them to report this person to HOA and the baranggay. You need to leave an id to the guards to enter the subdivision. It's quiet and clean and also has a club house with a pool and playground. Very secure. But you can't book grab. Theres a line of tricycle that you can ride to Robinson Gentri for fair price. Friendly neighborhood and competitive basketball players. It also has its public pool, but you have to buy a ticket which costs only 25 pesos each. Nice place to live in. Wide roads, eletrical posts and lines properly placed. Houses are well built.
