Locals frequent the place in cooler days like in the afternoon. Or during night time which they have lamp posts. Stormy weather so waters were rough. Lots of parking if going to the Balayan Hall of Justice. Cafe was closed. The place was nearly perfect for couples and family. Landscapes was beautiful. Theres a lot of cube to sit in or dine in.Very beautiful as if it was a park. No entrance fee you can hang out as long as you want anytime! Best time to go there to sot and relax around 3pm onwards. No need to worries coz theres a light there in the night.There was a guard so you are safe.You can bring food if you want.
